Order Process

What is the currency used on the site ?
Displayed prices will be charged in Canadian Funds for Canadian Customers and in US Funds for US Customers.

How can I order ?
You can order the following ways:
- Online, by clicking here.
- Call Customer Service (1-877-205-0060) (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm PST)
- By Fax or Mail, click here to download the order form.

How do I place an online order?
Placing an online order is quick and easy, just follow these steps:
- Browse our products page, click here.
- Choose the products you would like to purchase by clicking "Order Now"
- You will then be taken to your shopping cart, where you may modify the selection as desired.
- Once you are satisfied with your selection, click on "Check Out"
- The customer registration page will appear, this will create your login information so that you may check the status of your order online or purchase again in the future.
- Once your account is created, you will be prompted to select your shipping method.
- At this stage, the summary of your order will appear, once you confirm it, just enter your payment information and you are set. It's that simple!

Can I change my order during the checkout process?
Absolutely! During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to add additional items and remove items you do not wish to order, you will also have the option to change quantities.

How do I know if my online order was received?
Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, this message will also contain a link that will allow you to review the order placed.

How can I speed up the checkout process?
Once you have completed your first online order with us, your shipping information will be stored in our secure servers, allowing your future orders to be processed faster since you will not be required to enter such information again.


Payment

What method of payment is accepted?
You may pay by credit card, certified cheque and money order.

Please make certified cheques and money orders payable to: Sharper Innovations Inc. If you are ordering from the US please use USD (United States Dollars) and orders in Canada must be in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

Which credit cards are accepted?
MasterCard, Visa, Amex (USA) and Discover cards.


Order Status and Tracking

Can I track my order online?
Yes, you may view the status of your order anytime by clicking My Account at the top of the screen. There you will see a summary of all orders placed under your account, you will then be able to click on a specific order to view details such as Order Status.

You can also call Customer Service to inquire on the status of your order.

How will I know if there is a problem with my order?
If there are any problems fulfilling your order one of our friendly Customer Service agents will contact you.
